The outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Program provides monitored, supervised exercise and cardiac risk factor education education to increase independence, function, quality of life and prevent future cardiac events. A multidisciplinary team including exercise physiologists, nurse practitioner, respiratory therapist, social worker, registered dietitian and cardiologist medical director work with your cardiologist and primary care provider to deliver the highest quality care possible. A free weekly support group is available.
The outpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation program provides monitored, supervised exercise and comprehensive education to increase independence, function, quality of life and reduce symptoms and hospitalizations. A multidisciplinary team including nurse practitioner, respiratory therapist, occupational therapist, registered dietitian and pulmonologist medical director work with your lung specialist and primary care provider to deliver the highest quality care possible.
