A multidisciplinary team including pulmonary nurse practitioner, respiratory therapist, exercise physiologists, occupational therapist, registered dietitian, and pulmonologist medical director who work with your lung specialist and primary care provider to deliver the highest quality care possible.

Our program's research has shown:
- 37% lower rate of all hospitalizations (comparing the year before to the year after Pulmonary Rehabilitation
- Three fold increase in walking distance on the treadmill
